Cancelation & Refund Policy

Khachatryan Tennis Academy Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To accommodate all our clients and ensure the smooth operation of our classes, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Clients must cancel their class reservations at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will not be eligible for a refund. Clients will be charged the full amount for the class.

No-Shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled class and has not canceled within the 24-hour window, they will be charged the full amount for the class.

Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly if you need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
